For Resava, e-HotelServices and Elina, the Hospitality Management Suite was a great combination of skillsets as we could take so many aspects of the systems development under one roof. e-HotelServices designed their website with an integrated CMS with which they can grow their business and develop their online sales. With the advanced CMS controlling the website it gives them a platform from which to expand their market reach and continue to grow their success. The Elina team was able to quickly set up and integrate the designs from the eH team into the booking engine, making booking available from a holding page even before the site was up.

For over two years the e-HotelServices team has lead Dunas Douradas Beach Club's e-Marketing effort, handling e-strategy and planning, search engine optimisation, pay-per-click management, social media marketing and monitoring and much more. Our team serves as a committed addition to the on-site team. Since the website was initially launched, more than 2.5 years ago, DDBC's growing needs has lead to a revamp of their website design. The project will move their current website to a stronger and more versatile CMS, which will improve site performance, speed and ease of use. Also, offers, services and quick links will be more easily accessible, in addition to newsletter sign up, guest reviews and a few other imporantant features will be moved to more prominent places on the site.

ESPA Riga

E-Marketing

ESPA Riga opened their doors officially in the winter of 2009. The website was launched in the Spring, but it received very few visitors and had no conversion points like booking forms or contact forms. Also, as a new brand new business, despite its international connection with the British ESPA brand, the new Riga SPA was unknown to Riga locals and to visitors coming from abroad. e-Hotelservices was engaged to undertake the search engine optimisation of the site - ensure that the site be as user friendly and as search engine friendly as possible, build links and monitor the social media for ESPA Riga. After a concerted effort, ESPA Riga, ranked on the first page, and many times on the very top of the list for SPA services in Riga on most booking engines in their feeder markets. Pleased with the results, ESPA Riga has extended the contract to 2011 to ensure a top performing website throughout 2010!

Reval Hotel

e-Marketing and Strategic Consulting

As our longest standing customer Reval Hotels e-Marketing focus has developed over 4 years. Initially, e-HotelServices was engaged to manage the first full e-commerce site that Reval Hotels built. In addition, eH together with an in-house team at Reval Hotels Management, laid the foundations for the current e-Commerce department from the ground up: sourcing and interviewing e-Marketer to scout the best talent. As a strategic partner, we currently are in charge of on-site search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, social media monitoring and training, in addition to the bi-annual team e-Marketing training and performance review e-HoteLServices lead every year. Reval Hotels have grown from taking a little over 2% of their bookings online to more than 50% during some months.

Laguna Golf Apartments

As Laguna Golf got ready to open their doors in the summer of 2009, e-HotelServices was hired for a quick turn-around of a fully designed website with a fully editable content management system included. The project was delivered in record speed and at the quality and standard for which we are proudly known. Parallell to the site design project, the full plan and strategy for the Apartment rental business was laid out and began implementation on and offsite in September. As a resort location, a seasonal plan had to be laid out in order to push and plan for the main season whilst driving qualified leads to the website through the soft season. The site ranking continues to increase and Laguna Golf continues to maintain high visibitliy in their major feeder markets throughout Europe.

Liva Hotel

Online Booking Engine

Originally, the Liva Hotel Site design and photography was done by e-HotelServices. Once this project ended, Liva Hotel were in need of a booking engine that could not only connect them to the ever increasing number of people who go online to book. With the Elina Lite booking engine and packaging engine, Liva Hotel got a fully flexible engine that is their online sales force 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.

Elephant Hotel

As the lead on the development of the website e-HotelServices built a site that met the special design requirements of the Riga hotel with Indonesian flair! With a 3 metre tall marble elephant in the middle of the hotel atrium, the website had to match the style and milieu of the hotel and if we listen to the customer, we nailed it! The booking engine supplied by Elina, was seamlessly integrated into the website and enable the Elefant Hotel to sell both rooms and packages, amenities and additional services as part of their offering. Also, when the hotel was ready to launch, e-HotelServices were engaged to get the Elefant Hotel brand into the online marketplace. With great success and a gradual handover to the Elefant on-site team, Elefant Hotel maintained high rankings and continue to see an increase in their online sales month over month.

Imagine a heaven on earth? Well, this hotel client claims to at least be close to it! Located in the Greek Isles, Heaven's website will incorporate a fully functional booking engine, guest management area, packaging and additional services engine. As a seasonal operation, the hotel's site will be up and running when the team are back to work this spring.

In 2008, when Vestibule Solutions was starting up the company needed a corporate website which could communicate their goals and products & services to the international marketplace. After the logos were created, the site was built to a very high standard and with great flexibility, serving us well several years on. Now, after e-HotelServices' acquisition of Vestibule Solutions we have also built a product site called targeted at the sales of Elina, the Hospitality Management Suite. BeyondStock Ltd. is an electronic point of sale (POS) vendor providing POS software, tills and the inventory and stocktaking software to hotel restaurants, resorts, pubs, and B&Bs worldwide. Their site's main objective is to market and attract potential buyers online. By integrating a full content management system, the website is as flexible as their business. BeyondStock Ltd. is the Food and Beverage solution recommended by Elina, the Hospitality Management Suite and the two software packages seamlessly integrate to provide a hotel, b&b, or resort owith the room and account charging capabilities seen by the large Hospitality vendors, for a fraction of the price while allowing small to medium business functionality and convenience that continues to exceed guests' expectations.
